Acceptable Use
You agree to use Trkr only for lawful purposes. You must not use our service to abuse web infrastructure, bypass security measures, or access data you are not authorized to view. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in excessive or abusive monitoring.
Subscriptions and Billing
Some features of Trkr require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except as required by law.
Limitations of Liability
Trkr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% accuracy, we are not responsible for missed changes, false alerts, or any decisions made based on the data provided by our service.
Governing Law
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of Trkr are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, you and Trkr agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting each other. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Trkr.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
