Can I change plans later?
Yes. Up or down, any time. Pro-rated to the day, no chats with sales required.

What if a site blocks scraping?
We render in a real headless browser, respect robots.txt, and rate-limit politely. We don't bypass auth or paywalls — and never will.

Where does my data live?
AWS us-east-1 by default. Team plans can pin to eu-west-1 or ask for a private VPC.

Refunds?
Within 14 days, anything. After that, pro-rated for unused seats on annual plans.

What does "Up to" mean for refresh intervals?
We use Intelligent Balancing to ensure optimal checking frequency. For sites that rarely change, we gradually increase the interval to be site-friendly, while high-priority targets are always checked at the maximum rate your plan allows.

What currencies are supported?
Pricing is available in USD, EUR, and GBP with fallback behavior when a specific cell is unavailable.
